We will obtain this permission in a Customer Agreement, which a customer signs in advance of action being taken by Robert's Farm Equipment Sales Inc.
Client Agreement

With your consent we will share information with other repair businesses or suppliers who perform services on our behalf. Our Employees

How long do we keep your Personal Information?
We retain your personal information as long as we believe that you are still the owner of any equipment and/or product/service purchased from Robert's Farm Equipment Sales Inc. If the information relates to the service or repair of this equipment we retain the personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to address any issues arising for the service or repair of the vehicle or as may be required by law. If there are legal requirements relating to the period of time which we must retain your personal information, we comply with those requirements.

You may access and verify any of your regular information whenever you wish. Contact the manager at the location you deal with and they will be pleased to provide access.
Amending Your Information
To help us keep your personal information up-to-date, we encourage you to amend inaccuracies and make corrections as often as necessary. Despite our best efforts, errors sometimes do occur. Should you identify any incorrect or out-of-date information in your file(s), we will communicate these changes to other parties who may have unintentionally received incorrect information from us.
