The agricultural community is buzzing with excitement as Huron, Perth, Bruce, and Grey counties gear up for its inaugural Junior Plow Match, set to take place on Sunday, August 18th, 2024 in Bayfield following the Huron Local Plow Match on the 16th. This event will bring together young farmers from across the region to demonstrate their plowing expertise while competing in one of 4 classes, all skill levels are welcome!

Hosted by Robert's Farm Equipment, OPA Zone 3 Junior Plow Match aims to foster a love for farming and agricultural skills among the next generation. The event will feature multiple categories to accommodate various age groups and skill levels, ensuring a thrilling competition for all participants.

Robert's is thrilled to support the OPA, local 4-H clubs, and young community members with the first-ever Junior Plow Match in Ontario. This event is a fantastic opportunity for young farmers to showcase their talents, learn from their peers, and celebrate the importance of agriculture in our community!
